I had a lovely stay at the hotel, with clean rooms, friendly service, and a wonderful location near shops and restaurants. The dining experience was okay, but the facilities were impressive.
My stay at the hotel was a delightful experience overall. The rooms were clean and comfortable, offering a good view of the Taal sunrise. Our relatives stayed in a room with twin beds which was convenient. The staff provided exceptional service, although a bit inconsistent at times. The hotel is well-located near shops and restaurants, making it convenient for guests. The dining experience, while satisfying, could have more variety in the menu. The facilities didn't disappoint, especially the well-maintained pool area.
